I understand that my registration payment reserves my spot but is not considered complete until I submit both the questionnaire and waiver. Furthermore, I acknowledge and agree that BIR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny or revoke my participation. In such cases, my registration fee may be eligible for a full refund.

I understand that workshop fees are non-transferable and agree that if I cancel more than 60 days prior to the event, the fee is refundable; if I cancel between 60 and 30 days prior to the event, I will receive half of the payment; and if I cancel less than 30 days prior to the event, the payment is non-refundable.

I agree that if I am showing any signs of symptomatic illness within five days leading up to the event, that it is my responsibility to inform staff as soon as possible, and I understand that if I am unwell, I may be asked to not attend.

I understand that if my intake questionnaire is not complete at least 4 weeks before the workshop, then Band Into Real reserves the right to remove me from the workshop without a refund.

I agree that by registering to staff, I will be available for the entire staffing experience, starting at 9:00am on Thursday morning until completion at 4:30pm on Sunday afternoon. If for any reason I can not be available during this time, in its entirety, I will be subject to the cancellation policy.

I understand that I may not leave the property during the workshop and still participate in the workshop.

Special Note: Staff Lodging

Please note that the staffing fee includes Wednesday night lodging (September 23); however, you must confirm your early arrival by September 18 if you plan to come early. You will receive instructions on how to confirm your spot in your order confirmation email.

Please note: The first meal included is lunch on Thursday (September 24). We are offering an Early Arrival Meal Deal for $40 which includes both Wednesday dinner and Thursday breakfast. This will be paid separately. More details to follow.
